Guest notroubleclu Posted March 1, 2009 Share Posted March 1, 2009 Ive fitted a power roof conversion to my cab.However it seemed to work really slow before and needed to be pushed by hand a bit but today it went down but didnt seem to have the power to go back up even though i could hear the pump whirring. Guest notroubleclu Posted March 6, 2009 Share Posted March 6, 2009 No answers but will post as now done it and found out. 1.Undo hex key bolt at top of pump. 2.Top up roof fluid - i used some clutch fluid i had left. 3.Open T shaped tap. 4. Opened and shut roof a few times by hand (should be easy with tap open) 5. Tightened tap. Job Done! My roof now works a treat - just needs a new roof switch if anyone has got one!
