Guest Dojomaster1984 Posted February 4, 2009 Share Posted February 4, 2009 Ok I have a 1.6I CVH and i cannot seem to find a samco, roose or any other make of hose that would go onto my water pump. I have the main coolant hose to the bottom of the radiator, which is a staight with afew bends. But the ancilary one is at a 90 degree angle and a seperate hose all together then that one. So i need a hose that is a 180 degree with a step down in size from the pump to the fork connected to the heater matrix. Any ideas or is a bodge job and make one yourself job. I have looked at the kits from the companies but none of them have a step down hose with a 180 bend. thank you for reading. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Guest Dojomaster1984 Posted February 4, 2009 Share Posted February 4, 2009 what cars it in as i have a mk4 with samcos fitted like a few on here with no problems what so ever The car is a FWD 1985 MFI 1.6i MK3 XR3i Cabby and if i used straights it would have to wrap around the engine and flow under the Four branch and would be too open to the heat.
