Hi there,

I have just replaced my electric aerial(like for like from another cab).

But i have a problem the relays are clicking but no movement on the aerial.

Does anybody know which wire i have to come off on the stereo to trigger it.

Many Thanks

Sean

if it is a after market stereo that you have fitted it should be the blue wire from the stereo (can somtimes be called remote or att)

for the wiring for a std stereo itl probably be best to look in a haynes manual

i would have thought that blue wire should be connected to the coil of the relay,

you say you can hear a clicking when the aerial is supposed to move

have you got 12V to the relay contacts? (you should have this regardless of weather the aerial is up or down)

and a good connection from the aerial to the earth of the car?
