Guest samurai Posted April 7, 2008 Share Posted April 7, 2008 Right here goes for my first post.. Ive got a mk4 escort non cab and a problem with the headlights. The sidelights work fine and the passenger side headlight works fine as well. The drivers side headlight doesnt come on at all. I have tested it and there is 12v supply there but it seems that there is no earth.. Can anyone tell me where the headlights are earthed because I can't find it... It also seems that there are 2 earths and 1 live which I found by testing the other headlight. I'm assuming this is for the dipped and main beam switching? Or maybe its on resistors..
