Fitting Poly Bushes (mkiv)

I'm fitting a set of flo-flex orange poly bushes to the rear end this weekend. Is there anything I need to know about, any suprises, or difficulties I'm gonna run into?

Also will I need any other parts to fit at the same time that don't come in the kit?

Cheers

Paul

I've got a vice, and some big sockets, and a mate with big muscles helping me, so the toughness should be taken care of lol!

Boiling water, you say? *tips hat* cheers markey

burn the originals out as they can be quite a pain in the rs, as for refitting - fairly liquid & a vice should do it nicely

two thirds of the way through, getting the inner wishbone bushes out was the hardest bit so far, the polys I'm fitting are the easy fit ones, a doddle to put in, no vices or muscles, just a G clamp and a drop of fairy liquid for the wee outer ones, and a tap with a mallet for the inner one....

Just finishing off the drivers side, and finishing removal of the passenger side rubbers. Be done by about 4pm if we take our time....

are you getting the orange ones off ebay? if so don't worry, once you start taking it apart, it becomes clear how all the bits fit...
