Guest badgerdid Posted March 18, 2008 Share Posted March 18, 2008 I cannot get this to work. Have Taken the wire off, connected to earth and the gauge goes right up, so i know this is working. The senders come with different colour tops, have tried a dark green one, blue one and got from ebay a pink one, this is the one they said i needed with my chassis number, but neither work, the gauge goes up slightly, bottom of the white but still no luck. Anyone have an idea what else it could be? its a 1991 Mk5 H reg The only other thing i can think off is a bad earth but then surely the engine wouldnt work properly. The one that was on was a reddish pink. If i had any hair left i would be pulling it out. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
