Guest cabman1800
my heater motor keeps stopping, when it stops i have to get a cable from the batt an dab it onto the heater motor it self on the 3 pinned bit on the motor. then it jumps back to life and works fine. ive changed the relay with a new one but it still happens. ive checked the earths too they are good. has any1 had this prob before? Guest sjc
probably a bit of a dead spot/carbon build up on the commutator of the motor, remove it, remove brushes clean com with very fine emery, run stanley between segments, replace with new brushes.....or buy daz's

Vincygav
Change the resistor block on top of the motorwhere the connector goes on. There could be a bad earthing in the wiring somewhere.
