Guest themarquess Posted December 3, 2007 Share Posted December 3, 2007 hi,i have an 1.6 efi cabriolet of 1989 vintage.to the right of the head,on top of the distributor housing is a little electrical block with wires connected to it,mine have worn and are no longer connected.it clips on and off the unit,but what is it?.i cant find no reference to it anywhere,what will it do not being connected,help i need to know what it is to get a new one. Guest Keith Posted December 5, 2007 Share Posted December 5, 2007 If I remember rightly its to do with smoothing the signal to the rev counter, absolutely no idea what its called, if its any help the wires have gone on mine as well but cant see that it makes any difference so it can stay as it is.
