Guest matt-the-dj
as per request a quick fix if your fuseboard has a fault and is not supplying power to the fan, 1 find a spare fuse which is only live with ignition on 2 get some 30 amp cable and strip the end and dont twist the end strands as it wont go in easily 3 place the stripped cable across the lower fuse blade receptor as this is the output side of the fuse. 4 whilst holding the bare copper over the output receptor push the fuse in.this should trap the wire across the blade and it pushes into the fuseboard 5 connect the other end of the cable to i think the center wire on the back of the fan switch in the dash, which should be the feed to the fan switch , either using a scotch lock which saves cutting wires or cut and use crimps or connecter blocks. 6 switch on ignition and see if it works if you use car 30 amp wire u can use a 30amp fuse but if u use ordinary household flex which you have stripped down only use a 15 amp fuse as it has thinner insulation hope this helps Edited November 25, 2007 by matt-the-dj
