Guest waterboy750 Posted September 24, 2007 Share Posted September 24, 2007 Hi All Anyone have any ideas how to stop my mirrors from adjusting themselves? My '88 E reg is fine apart from this. The outer casing is fine, but as soon as you drive off, the mirror elements begin to slowly point at the floor. I know there must be a cable/wire system, s the mirrors are internally adjustable. I don't really want to attempt to strip the units down until I know there's a better remedy than using blu-tac to keep them in place! Your help is needed!
