Headlights

[Guest SG1]

When I put my sidelights on they are brighter than my headlights that are on second turn of indicator stalk.

 

When I fiddle with the two white relays in fusebox it sometimes sorts it out but not for long so in my eyes the problem starts there.

 

Few months bcak I put two new ones in but it`s stll the same.

 

So,what`s the reason for this and what can I do?

Have done mate,but been reading a bit about it so won`t be a bad thing.

 

Just the fact that by tampering with the relays makes me think that`s where the fault lies.

 

Will defo try another though mate.

Lights now working fully again

 

Tin foil wrapped around contacts on relays may not be a prfessional job,but hey it`ll do for now :icon_salut_gb:

well done stevie....sorry was away when you posted this lol.....give the contacts a clean up if the foils has fixed it...the foil will probably burn off afeter a while

Thanks mate,I did clean `em up before the foil was put on.

 

Don`t plan to leave it that way but it`ll get me through MOT end of next month lol
