Guest ragarse Posted September 10, 2007 Share Posted September 10, 2007 hi! just wondering if i can stick a manual roof on a mk4 that has a power roof at the mo, looks like you can as there are little press out pieces on the rear speaker pods where the locking catch would come through. could someone confirm for me please before i waste 4 hours of my time. thanx in advance! Guest sjc Posted September 10, 2007 Share Posted September 10, 2007 just done it the opposite way round, the press out peices are for the catches that hold the roof in its down position....on a electric roof its the hydraliocs that hold it.....you would have to chqange the frame if you wnated to have the manual catches.....shame I just had to grind mine off Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
