Guest westy Posted August 1, 2007 Share Posted August 1, 2007 (edited) Hi guys jus wondering if anybody cud help i have to switch like items which are black that i am not sure were they go. found thm earlier jus layin on da bottom of the engine bay! i traced the wiring back and it goes into the harness just behind the brake servo with a yellow connector?? has anyopne got any ideas??? Guest westy Posted August 2, 2007 Share Posted August 2, 2007 sowi buddy forgot to rite half the stuff every needs to help me lol i got a mk 4 cab 1.6cvh on the D plate and i have to switches connected to a yellow round connector just behind the brake servo. they were running bat the back of the engine down to the floor im guessing ther for ABS but i didnt even no i had ABS on mi cab cas i dont have an abs light?!?!? Escort Cabriolet Club Posted August 3, 2007 Share Posted August 3, 2007 Sounds like a redundant system loom, some cars have a full loom but not all the bits to attach, my sisters Rover 25 has no front fog lights but behind the bumper and dash blanks is the wiring, all I need is the switch, lamps and relay, same could be said for your Mk4, it might have the loom but no ABS !!!
