This is our pride and joy, or she will be anyway!! We have bought this little baby to use for the Banger Run '12, raising money for Help for Heroes. She went in for her first MOT after being sat in a field for at least a year, and had 2 failures, a cv joint and a split pin!! So as you can imagine we are now very happy, and can start working on her! We have 220 days to transform this tired looking girl into a Bond car, (the theme for this year) whilst also trying to turn her into the best "fast" Ford we can in the progress, and all without us spending any more money!! So on that note, (sorry if I shouldn't say this here, mods please delete or move this paragraph if you feel it's inappropriate, but it is for charity! ;D) If you are a from a company that produces car parts that would fit a '91 Escort Cabrio, and would like some advertising for the cost of some parts, get in touch, either through pm, or our website in my sig! Or from electronics companies, (for the Bond gadgets, gonna need some parts!!) Once we have driven to Monaco (and back) we will be putting the complete car as is, gadgets and all, on a well known auction site, and all the profits from that will be going straight to Help for Heroes too.
