Cont get the co2 emissions low enough for passing mot should be down to 2 and its registering 4 any one know how this can be adjusted.

http://Hi there have a problem with a 1.8 petrol escort mk5 cabriolet had it running after new ecu but went rough again on tick over and cutting out took relays out now won't start at all any answers what this could be over in nottingham anyone close by thanks.
