soumitss
We've got a trade show coming up and I need a banner, some table material, and probably a few hundred printed handouts. Last time we cobbled it together from three different online vendors and the colors didn't match between the banner and the brochures, which looked amateur next to the booths around us. Is there a better way to approach this, or is mismatched color just what happens with print? We're a smaller exhibitor, so the booth itself is modest, which means the printed material is doing most of the work of making us look credible next to much bigger companies. hydrogenn
It happens when different vendors run different profiles, so consolidating is the fix. One shop printing your banner, table material and handouts will get them far closer than three shops working from the same file independently. Also send actual print ready files rather than a screenshot from a slide deck, half of the mismatch problems start there. We did our booth package through promoboxllc.com/, banners at a few dollars per square foot and printed materials starting low, all produced in house. Order the handouts a week early and check one in daylight before the full run ships. Ask for a physical proof of the banner if the timeline allows, screens lie about color more than people realize.
