Guest bulldog78
Hi everyone. I have just bought a mk6 cabby with the view to add some subtle modz, gti kit, leather interior, 17in rimz and so on. but i have started to think that a cossie replica kit would look nice; so my question is; is it possible to fit one to a mk6???? Matt.

Escort Cabriolet Club
The Mk5 Cosworth rear bumper and skirts will fit on your Mk6 mate and the front and rear wing extensions should bond on easy enough but you will need a specialy made Mk6 Cosworth style front bumper, heres a pic and an eBay link for you !!! eBay Link: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/escort-mk-6-7-cossie...1QQcmdZViewItem Item No: 200187881994 Edited January 7, 2008 by ESCORT-X4GC

Guest southern lass
OMG!!!! :wow: Just had conversation with insurance company for Matts Mk6...£420 (1 year NCD)...but stressed that once a cossie kit goes on it, it doubles and has to be garaged!!!! Bloody ridiculous... :icon_cry: I emphasised that its only a different bumper and not the whole car or the engine!! Looking else where now :happy001: Lisa
