if you go cvh turbo fiesta turbo is the way to go as pretty much straight forward .zetec is a good option bit more reliable and better of buying a whole car plenty of help and advice here if you need it

may be worth looking into . the only thing is most members do take there car off the road at the end of September / oct time the other thing is its a over a weekend aswell so not sure if you can just set up on the sunday Ollie :>)

Yeah Daytona interior Small repair on the drivers base so been on the lookout for set of fronts Notice the headrests are different in the pic There was a set in Ellesmere Port but pick up only . Managed to get a set of headrests for it last week There is a rear set on eBay for sale from speedshack but they won't send them via courier :-( May have to just get him to take the material off and send it lol

got a few bits clocks ..not sure on mileage though got centre clock with light will check and make sure I send you a good one lol

hello and welcome to the cabriolet club tony :>) sounds like it could be bushes on the front end worth getting it up on the ramps to get it checked over . the cabs do suffer with the slight body twist but when the roofs down you don't realy notice it could we have some pics please in the show us yours section regards ollie

hi all first of all I would like to say what a great show this turned out to be again :>) I for one look forward to this show every year as if your a lover of all old skool fords this show is the one for you . as most of you will no my se allwhite broke down on me on the Saturday evening at 4 oclock and after 5 n half hours I gave up on it as I got it going but had a fuel leak :>( not worth the risk I pushed it in the garage and phoned bigjon for a ride up in his mk4 cabbie woke up to my alarm at 4.30 to a message from ian saying his m8 couldn't make the show so if I wanted I could drive his limited edition tennis to the show. jon picked me up bright and early and off we set via ians to the show . arriving at ians and hood down ready for me to take to the show off we went I must say it was a pleasure to drive the mk4 as I had forgotten how nice the standard escort cabriolet drives and handles arriving at the show at just before 8 was ok as we pretty much drove straight in set up the club stand and chilled for a bit. tip for next year try and get in early as a few members spent hours trying to get in weather was great with good company and plenty of classic fords to drool over .. see pics in the gallery and on our facebook page as most people no leaving the show is a nightmare due to one entrance and one exit so people do tend to start leaving early :>( a few of us stayed till about five ish and decided to leave but got to the back of the line and it wasn't moving very fast so parked up and went for a beer at the refreshment tent couple of hours later still slow traffic but we had to go for it lol now I had the pleasure of driving ians car back via his house but not the tennis his mint rs turbo fiesta I wasn't gonna argue just enjoyed the drive back to his house arriving with a smile on my face lol well after a long day I finally got home around 9.30 pm A great day was had by all I think and I look forward to the next show and we can do it all again would like to say thanks to all that made it a great event :>) regards Ollie
