Am not exactly sure but i think fiesta management parts are far more expensive. I have both engines in two cars and would say not to much differance in performance. EFI certainly uses more petrol whith beige injectors.

m not sure about them wheels on it stu,did you bid on the mk4 mercuy grey cab in mk,sold for £510 ?

Approx 900rpm , i would say is a good idle . (more when started from cold)

Thats normal glen for a cvh engine,they do run hot when standing still,and when you are moving cool air through the rad cools it down again. I have fitted twin fans to my two cars one off the thermostat and one off a switch in the car which i can control in atraffic jam before the engine gets to hot.

My mk5 when i pulled the carpets out had stains on the floor under the passenger footwell,i have got a new one to fit before the car goes back together. (approx £15.00 online)

Might be worth checking for small leak in the heater rad

If you look at the show rosta,there is a big gap between the show in june and the one in july,perhaps a sunday inbetween those dates might be worth looking at.
