Hi, i have done mine but used a Fiesta RS turbo block and head, the EFI electrics would plug straight in and you would only need to change the ECU / Map sensor / and ACT sensor and swap 2 wires around. I have details from when i did mine.
If you are going to use your current set up you would need to pop a hole in the sump for the oil return from the turbo. Also i you use your block and head with the adaptor plate you would only be able to run it a a few PSI, so not worth it. The block and head are different between the turbo and non turbo one.
