this is how clean the head is after i pulled the rocker cover off.....as i bought the car for the engine off ebay without history on engine work i dunno whats best thing to do? it ran and sounded ok....but shud i recon the engine before i put in in my escort? looks clean tho mean its had work recently??

hi, i have a spare xr3i cylinder head, so i am gonna port and polish it, does anyone know if the head is the same as the escort rs turbo head???

I have a MK4 cabriolet and any body who has read my previous posts will know I have been having problems with my dash/dials. I want to reset my dials...   Can somebody email me a photo of their dials (or describe) exactly where the needles are with no ignition & with ignition on   e.g. with ignition off my petrol guage stays at the current petrol level but my temp gauge falls so low it rests on the outer edge of the clock...well off the gauge. I want to know if this is normal.   Also m
