Well what a weird weekend i've had     I took my mk6 for mot on friday and it failed on a coil spring and the brakes.   Now the car has been in a garage for two years and the brakes were seized solid when we pulled it out but i thought i'd free'd them up but i know something wasn't quite right when i drove it to mot station.   The brake test showed that the front brakes were grabing sharply so that was were the problem was.   Great i thought i took it home and striped the front calipers
