Hi All   Need some info here as never attempted an engine swap before with a different donor engine, What I would like to know is how hard would it be and what changes & problems would I encounter if I swapped out my 1.8 16v Si engine from my 1995 Escort Cabriolet with a Ford Escort Mk5 RS2000 engine?   Would it be a straite swap apart from the wiring or would I have problems with my drive shafts and gearbox not fitting?   Need help here all as would really like this engine, Plus

Right as most of you know by know I've bought rambo's mk6 and of course I now have the roof problem (there is a post on this before my time) now he has explained what seems to be the problem i think the quickest way to getting it working is to make a new loom any ideas on how to do this ?     All help is welcome and will be greatly appreciated.
