Guest geordieimport
Hi Guys, it`s the new boy here. Just bought a MK5 and drove it from Cambridge to Dudley, On the way the temp gauge went high a few times so let it cool and it was okay for a while then about 3 repeats Worse still dreaded power loss, intermitant then more persistant eventually ended up crawling along. When I picked the car up the fuel was very low so my guess is that the sludge at the bottom of the tank has been picked up and blocked the fuel filter. Any idea please? Thanks Alan
