[Calypso Karmann Problem]

[Cab roof wont close properly]

Hi guys, I have just bought a 97 Escort Calypso Karmann soft top, when closing the roof, the drivers side pin locates straight into the pillar hole but the passenger side wont by about 1/2 inch, which leaves a gap between the front edge of the roof and the screen frame, everything looks straight in the roof mechanism, any help on a fix would be appreciated.
