hi give ford a ring ask them if they can get a genuine stub axle and if u r replacing brake cylinders don't just replace one do both as the other will leak and it will just end up being back in the garage again

well if its a zetec engine probably 1.8 try the tappets as they had a issue with over filling and not shutting the valves propaly ending up with missfires

the spark from the king lead is fed via a 12 volt modual under the distributor firstly check the molti plug is on the modual if so check for a 12v live and one should be earth the other comes out the dizzy every time the pulse is generated bye the dizzy perviding u have a 12v in there should need the correct modual hope that helps

or the temp switch is faulty and the wax ellement is nakard or theres a brake in the single wire off the front of the engine and its earthing out and making the guage shot up to the top

try the earth leads from the battrey to the car and the ones to the engine or quick test put a jump lead on the earth of the battrey and connect it to the lifting eye on the engine then start it and see what it does

all the suspenshion will be ok brakes may need upgrading and drive shafts may need changing depending if u use the bel driven abs system

you have a two into 1 down pipe then onto a flandge with two nuts and bolts check the down pipe side as they crack due to front gear box mount movment . hanging hooks ony one hanging hook on centre box rear the inner sill then one more on the back box to the floor the other one on the u bend is for the 90 spec cabs and rs turbos hope that helps
