Guest RobDudley
So the driver's side wing has taken a bit of a beating courtesy of a tit who smacked into my missus in a car park. Any ideas as to the best way to get this popped back out as it interferes with the door opening at the mo. Something I can fix (easily) or bodyshop job? gingergman
Jack it up and take wheel off and inner arch out, see what access you can get, bit of a sod because there weld on wings.
Guest RobDudley
Cheers man, one for the weekend I reckon. Doesn't need to be perfect, just needs popping out by a few cm to allow free movement if the door

Guest ANDYA
If you get the inner wheel arch out and you only want to push out the dent, try a block of wood and a scissor jack, between the inner wing and the inside of the outer wing. This will allow you to apply reasonable force in a controlled way.It won't be ready for paint but it should stop the door binding.
