Guest malicowl
Have searched through the forum and surprised I can't find anything on this problem so sorry if it has been covered before. Car always starts first time from cold but if I push it a bit and stop it won't start again until it cools down. My cab is an 88 si. Has anybody had this problem? More importantly has anybody had the problem and solved it? One other thing which may or may not be connected, I have strands of hair like stuff coming out of the exhaust from time to time which I guess means a new exhaust is due? Any ideas? Thanks for any help.

Guest malicowl
Thanks very much for your replies and sorry for my error. It is a 98 not 88 and yes it turns over OK. If left for maybe 30 mins to cool down it will start again as normal. Again thanks for any advice on what to check.
