just bought a 1990 xr3i cabriolet with the 8vefi lump in (prefer the mfi),been without a cab for couple of yearrs and it was impulse buy lol.it had rebuild and skim last year with new belts and gaskets but bin unused since, drove it from wakefield to cleethorpes at steady 60-70 mph and all was fine but when i got to cleethorpes it ran really lumpy and oil light came on but she is full of oil and was tapping and failed to start when i got home.started first time today but as soon as it warmed up did the same thing, has any one got any ideas please, was going to start with breathers etc and clean oil pick up pipe

thanks for looking and hopefully helping
