Guest jam Posted September 3, 2008 Share Posted September 3, 2008 Hi folks I have a mk3 Carb powered Cabbie It has been fitted with a mk4 dashboard and clockset, however it had the wrong clockset in as it had the later mk4 set with the fuel gauge on the right. Ihave obtained an earlier set with the fuel gauge on the left and have got everything working apart from the fuel and temp gauges. Has anyone ever done this conversion and if so can you remember which wire connects these up and also earths them. My car was originally a GL, so never had a rev counter, but had the orange warning lights.
