Admin Ollie Posted October 29, 2008 Author Admin Share Posted October 29, 2008 thanks for all the comments peeps i have now seen it for the first time out side in daylight and i am well pleased with the end result paintwork wise although i never held the paint gun i helped prep and finish the job by cutting back with wet and dry and machine polished for hours lol i am glad to say the rs1600i engine has been fitted today although it will be a few weeks untill it is running due to me wanting to do other things before i fit all the bits and pieces starter motor alternater etc all good things come to those who wait and i have waited a year now but saying that due to work and home life it will be worth it just let me warn you all now i will bore you to tears when it is all done and i get to the shows next year lol thanks again lots more pics coming another four months worth at least ollie  out in the sun at last  one of the engine being stripped down i have been helping with that too new clutch / timing belt and adjuster oil stem seals /and all new gaskits all round Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
