  1. so I am not even going to sugarcoat it, I woke up this morning and the first thing I thought was I just need someone to take my PMP test for me and let me get back to living my normal life. three months of prep and I still feel like I am barely holding it together, every time I think I have agile frameworks down something like hybrid methodology comes along and humbles me all over again my study partner sent me a meme about PMP prep this morning that was so accurate it physically hurt lol. we ended up doing a two hour session together after that and I retained more in those two hours than the entire week of solo studying combined. moral of the story is find your people during this process because grinding alone is honestly what makes it feel impossible, the material is manageable when you are not carrying it by yourself

  3. so after weeks of grinding through process groups and memorizing ITTOs I genuinely reached my lowest point last Tuesday and just sat there thinking I wish someone could just take my PMP test for me and I could wake up with a passing score and move on with my life. the practice exams are one thing but the actual pressure of knowing how much is riding on this just messes with your head in ways studying cannot really prepare you for ended up talking to my mentor about it and he laughed and said everyone hits that wall at least once during PMP prep which honestly made me feel so much better about myself. he told me to stop doing full length mocks every day and just focus on weak areas in shorter bursts and that one change made a noticeable difference within days. if you are at that same point right now just adjust the approach before you do something drastic, you are closer than you think
