I’ve seen some classic Fords for sale at silly prices and wasn’t convinced they were selling until I met someone who told me their friends Dad had paid over £60k for a MK2 Escort! I think it’s difficult to put a price on some of these cars, it’s simply if someone wants it and they’ve got cash to burn they’ll pay what’s needed to purchase the car.

I was initially pleased with it but on the odd occasion we’ve had strong winds the straps have given up and the current one has a few tears in it. The car is backed against the house and tight to a 3 ft. fence on one side with my car tight against it on the other side. It should be well protected from any wind. More expensive but I might have to take a chance with a Stormforce cover.

Any recommendations on an outside car cover for the cab? Ive been through a couple of Halfords ones now, on both the straps gave up and on the current one it has rips in a few places. Ive heard the Stormforce ones are supposed to be good. Need to get a decent cover before the weather turns.
