How much was the scotch guard where did you get it from and deos it bead the water well mine is leak free touch wood but would be nice to see the water run of better thanx. Mark

You can go any where in the mini and not get a single look but a few yards in the escort and every one looks and ask questions I would'nt have the mini even if it was given to me lol

Love the wheels thing they look amazing I am in the middle of refurbing a set of these in time for simply ford in a couple of weeks mine were in a real bad state but getting there now will be metallic black and fitted to my mk5 in amalfie blue

I like the clear front indicators where did you get them from really like them they look fantastic

Forgot to also say fitted chrome Ghia number plate surround removed fuse box and resoldered every thing in sight to cure a battery going flat issue and it worked

Work done so far complete respray ,rs2000 lights indicators rewired properly ,plasma speedo fitted painted needles red, rewired interier light got all dash lights working proper ,fitted after market steering wheel, fitted rear spoiler ,tinted rear lights ,power roof conversion ,,fitted ,new exterior rubbers, windscreen plus rubber ,induction kit ,painted rocker cover,cable tided engine bay ,chrome spark plug cover full service includeing cambelt ,water pump thermostat and housing rear shocks Jobs left to do fit lower arm fit refurbed up dated alloys when ready paint calipers and drums fit ghost light LEDs to doors paint battery tray then should be finished but as we all know that is never the case

My Haynes manual was a pound on ebay and I picked it up so no postage when my fuel filter was done the pipe corroded to the filter broke the clips so had to get a new pipe as well

All tyres and valves removed in the middle of being prepped now going for black with a secret ingredient for the sparkle so will be different from every thing else hopefully getting impatient but well worth the weight and hard work

Will keep looking at which ones are needed don't open my bonnet much it's just I like to be different and I am a bit of a tart lol if u do have a go at this your self let me know how it geos thanx mark ps did you end up getting the mk6 for your mrs

Since I put this up I found these on ebay item number 111289292832 don't know how to do links despite seeing these I still need to know what size struts to use Or what vehicle to use them from would still rather find a kit that as the whole lot start to finish but don't thing that is going to happen any help thanx mark

A few years back when the escorts were a few years old a lot of people on the show scene converted the bonnet so it lifted up useing chrome tailgate struts rather than the bonnet stay I think this looks good any one know how this was done what bits were used so I stand half of chance of locating them and fitting to my own mk5 thanx mark
