Hi all,   Right first things Im a total novice when it comes to engines etc!!   I have a 1990 Mk4 xr3i (efi) and want to put a standard rs turbo engine in it so..... what will I need? engine, loom, ecu and air flow meter? how much are the bits going to cost me (ish!!) and where is the best place to splice the loom in?? fuse box?? or will i have to take the dash out??   anyone in west sussex want to have ago at fitting it??!!!!

Ok guys,just went to start car-pump primed ok,fan came on as usual but absolutely nothing when I turned key to fire her up.   Lights work,heater works,and I guess as central locking does too,this isn`t totally a battery problem?   Tried a boost starter box and still nothing.   Has new plugs,leads are few months old and all connected.   Any ideas?   Steve.

Hi all, i am just about to recieve a 90 spec front bumper for my mk4 cabby and i was wondering what i should do next. I am gonna get it resprayed and all but was thinking about the rest of the car, the strips along the bumpers back and front and also the side strips on the car....should i take them off or leave them on? Or just take the side strips off and leave the bumper strips on...? the reason i'm askin is because if i do decide to remove all the strips then i may as well get the front and
