My 1998 Escort had the standard normal bumper but it was cracked and damaged   i bought a new standard ford one, nicer looking in the same colour but with front fogs,   i found the connecting lugs for the fog lights on the underside of the car and connected them up..   i found the connecting lug to connect to the dual switch inside the car, got a double switch from a car in the scrap yard and connected it up   no joy,,   i then found the fuse was missing,, so put in a fuse and,,,,

on saturday night i had a slight problem with the breaks on my car one minute they were working and the next minute the stop working nothing there at all. i checked the brake fluid ect and it was fine but i still have no brakes. anyone know what it could be??

Help I am new to cars always had a mtorbike. I have a 1996 Zetec E engine and I am having problems changing the starter motor which is at the back of the engine. Jacked up, unbolted it from underneath, removed the wiring it is now loose, but how do I get it out?. There is a rubber pipe in the way a cable going into the engine and no way will it drop down. Any advice would be most apreciated.   Albie
