Club Regional Meets Information
The Escort Cabriolet Club is pleased to back any regional meets that are organised, the club name can also be used and promoted at the meet has long as the following rules have been met. If you are unsure on any of the notes please ask.
1. The person setting up the meet is a full member of the club.
2. The club must been informed about the meet, location, time etc. This can be via PM or email to myself or Rach.
3. Whilst at a meet all members act responsibly during and leaving the meet.
4. Members try and promote the club and gain new memberships.
5. Please do not post any info regarding the meet until it has been approved, it will be deleted!
A club coordinator will try and attend the meet but this might not always be possible.
