Marc Hall
Honestly finishing a research project is only half of it, presenting it in a clean way feels like the rest. When you’re trying to decide dissertation binding, you end up comparing hardcover versus softcover, but also things like paper quality, how clear the print looks, and whether it stays durable over time. Plus there are those university rules, like submission requirements, that people sometimes gloss over, and then it becomes a hassle. A lot of students also forget to double check margin settings and the whole pagination thing before they print, then suddenly they’re doing reprints they didn’t need. So, what binding feature do you feel makes the biggest difference in how the dissertation looks overall, and why?
