Anyone else finding SIM registration more complicated than expected lately?

Hi everyone, I’ve been trying to sort out my SIM registration lately and I honestly didn’t expect it to feel this confusing at first. I thought it would just be a quick form and done, but there are so many small details people keep mentioning like ID matching, selfie verification, and making sure every bit of info is exactly correct. I even asked a few friends and got totally different answers, some said it took them five minutes while others said they had to retry multiple times because something didn’t go through properly. I’m mainly doing it because I need my number for everyday use like banking, OTPs, and work messages, so I don’t really want any issues later on. I also started searching around to understand the process better and came across some guides online, including a site called how to register globe sim which explained things in a very simple way, but I still feel like real experiences from people matter more than instructions. What I’m really wondering is if there’s any common mistake that most people make without realizing it, or if it’s just about following the steps carefully without rushing.
