Setting up a mainland company in Dubai allows full access to the UAE market and the ability to trade directly with local businesses and government contracts. The process involves choosing a business activity, registering a trade name, obtaining approvals from the Department of Economic Development, and securing office space. Compared to free zones, mainland setup offers more flexibility for expansion. If anyone has experience or tips about costs and licensing, I would really appreciate your guidance.
