Guest derrick
ok guys got a hide and seek with my roof switch the car has the motor and all wired up but cant find the bloody hood switch or were it should be in a mk4 just bought it and cant see why some one would go to all the trouble to fit a power hood ( might have been factory fitted) and then not put in a switch I might have to strip out the carpets to find it lol also the hood wont close on passengers side ordered new roof handles see if that helps. tried pushing the frame forward from inside . no joy
Guest Glenn65
I'm sure on the mk4 the switch "should" be to the left of the gear stick? If your centre consol doesn't have a hole then maybe it's an after market attempt?
Guest jo bush
Mines the same, I have all the electrics to the roof etc but no roof button has been installed into the center consol so will need to put it in, I have the button, it looks just like the electric window buttons but with pics of the roof on it but it had been temporary put onto the passenger side door where the window button should be??
