Guest andyw Posted November 27, 2012 Share Posted November 27, 2012 does anyone know if there is a difference between the roof frame on an electric roof and a manual one?i have an electric one that needs replacing and i assume a manual roof will fit but thought i better check first. Guest Alanman Posted November 28, 2012 Share Posted November 28, 2012 The only other bit that you need to make sure you change (or cut off if you're like me) is the manual roofs have a locking mechanism under the speaker pods when the roof is down. The electric roofs dont have this. If you dont remove this, the roof will lock in place when down and you'd need to de-press this everytime you want to put roof up and that'd soon get annoying and probably impossible if you're on your own. lol Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
