Guest DEG Posted December 26, 2009 Share Posted December 26, 2009 Hi all, New to the escort scene but always wanted 1, picked mine up thursday morning off ebay but got a slight prob with where the windows on both sides sit i need to adjust them inwards towards the car so they sit on the rubbers currently have a 4-5mil gap at the top. Any help or pics would be great. Also its a 1990 1.6i efi cabrio where would i purchase a haynes tried ebay but unsure which one. badger Posted December 27, 2009 Share Posted December 27, 2009 mi fella if you take off door panel there's 2 adjusters 1 at the back which moves the rear of window and 1 in the middle of the unit. thats the one you want,it's a 10mm nut, undo it slightly and move the block, retighten and try window, keep ajusting a bit at a time untill it fits correctly. i hope this helps ian Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
