Guest redmanifesto
I've got another minor problem with the seals on my cab, this time specifically the section of seal that sits on the sides of the windscreen and meets the door: On both sides of the car, these seals seem to have been bent out of place - meaning that every time the door is closed, the seal ends up partially folded inside the door (quite low down the windscreen - tends to catch near the top of the wing-mirror baseplate). At present, we've been dealing with this by slipping a piece of thin card between the door and windscreen, closing the door, and simultaneously pulling the card towards us. This works okay as a stop-gap, but is there any way of getting them back to their original shape, or will this require new seals? Sorry I've not got any pics to illustrate the point, but the car's still at the mechanics...
