Guest 692secab Posted May 12, 2009 Share Posted May 12, 2009 Right just had a look at my replacement mk 3 cvh engine and noticed it has a "unit" in-between the filter and lump (as opposed to mk 4 engine the filter goes direct into the lump block). This "unit" is a little wider than a drink can but only 3 " long it has 2 connections for pipes to be fitted to !! , anyone know what this is ?, as it isn't in my haynes manual pictures !! , and i'm kinda baffled to be honest !! lol not hard at times !!.
