Guest Cabbytech
Water in the footwell is not good, you may have a leaking windscreen seal, or a hole in the bulkhead letting in water, a poor roof seal across the top of the screen, or a poor weather seal rubber around your door, the problem with water getting in on the drivers side is that the fusebox is located under the dash at this side of the car, I would first of all check that the fuse for the blower has not simply blown, it is fuse no 14 and should be 20A, if the fuse is ok, you need to find relay R26, this is the ignition relay that supplies the fuse via the ignition switch. If the fuse has blown, and it is the correct 20A one, then some investigation work will be required to find out why the fuse has blown. i hope this helps.....
