I Need To Find A Relay Plug-in Map/layout To Indentify Faulty Relay.

i have a 97 p reg mk6 ghia cab and it has been parked up for around 6 months now, and when i reconnected the battery and started her up to take her for a spin, i noticed that the rear fogs front fogs and parking lights are all not operating. (all bulbs have been checked and are okay.)

 

I have a owners manual for a 00 escort estate, which has a relay layout/identifier in the back of it, but the cabs relay board seems to be totally different.

 

I need to identify the different relays for the parking lights/front fogs and rear fogs.

 

Can anyone point me in the right direction of which relays they might be, or even scan a copy of the relay layout from their mk6 cab owner manual as i didn't get one when i bought the car.

the relays for the fogs are small and brown, relay numbers are IIRC R3, R4 and R6

sound! thanks for that, anyone know what the story is with the relays for the parking lights (first turn on the light stalk)?

Have you checked the main fuses next to the battery, look at fuses FA and FC, these feed the lighting circuits you are having probs with,
