Guest Lee-s
i wouldn't put it in the centre console as its to low down and hurts your neck and the heater controls are different on the mk3 dash why don't you build a housing where the centre speaker is on the top of the dash that way if you was to ever sell the car you can change it back to standard

Guest brendanj9554
i have one fitted in place of my coin tray, i looked in the yellow pages for dashboard resin repairs, called them out told them i wanted it on an angle facing slightly upwards and they moulded the dash to fit the screen on the angle, and it looked great (since then car has been robbed)
