Guest Lee-s
they do help cooling but you will need to put bonnet pins at the front and you also get people telling you your bonnet is open plus there not much point if you havent got a monster engine under there

Guest sexy-aRSe
Has anyone got these bonnet blocks/spacers fitted to their cars. Do they aid cooling or are they just a gimmick???????????????? What engine have you got you should not need them really. I have them but only as my tuner said I had to, to try and get some of the heat out of the bonnet as even though i run a huge intercooler my act's still hit 70 :wow: Which is not good really. If i didn't have to have them i wouldn't as i personally don't like them and every chav has them when they don't even need them just for looks! idiots lol But its that or maybe fook my engine if the act's get to high! But each to there own i suppose! If its what floats your boat lol In the next month or so pro alloy are desiging a new intercooler and testing it on the car so hopefully it will work :drink: And they can come off
