Event Information

With an estimated 4,000 club cars on display, Ford Fair is undoubtedly the biggest gathering of Fords anywhere in the UK! Clubs always have and always will be the beating heart of Ford Fair and without them the show wouldn’t be half of what it is today.

You can expect to see a sea of Fords with literally hundreds of different clubs on show at Ford Fair, including various model-specific clubs, regional and national branches. Not forgetting the huge forum and online group gatherings all taking place in one incredible venue. Make sure you take plenty of time out of your day to wander around the different displays and gaze at the marvellous Blue Ovals on show.

How To Book Your Place

There’s no better way to experience Ford Fair than having an allocated club area inside the show. Club stands must have a minimum of five cars. Club bookings are subject to space availability and we reserve the right to close entry before the closing date. DO NOT purchase public tickets for a club stand, as these will not be valid.

Club members must go to http://fordfair.co.uk/club-tickets
Next, select their Club from the menu and enter the Club's Personal Password *
Proceed to select required tickets and place order, once booked, they will receive a confirmation email as proof of payment

Club Password: 166.129

Please remember to add your name in the events system so we know you are coming, this is to help organise the show on the day.

Please note ticket allows car and driver into the show and onto the club stand, all additional passengers will have to pay the entrance price on the day.

At present, there seems no real interest from members, the last few years the show has changed with the main emphasis being on newer st and rs models with the older cars being pushed down the show ground into a corner out the way where nobody seems to want to walk to, sad really but that’s the way it’s going. Can’t blame members who pay £25 now (most expensive show) to be pushed down near the entrance/exit and it’s not just our club xr owners  next to us only had 4 or 5 cars.

Last year was was typical of how the years have changed , we struggled to get 6 or 7 cars and although we had a good day we hardly had any visitors to the stand because we we were pushed right down near the entrance/exit , we had xr owners next to us with 4 or 5 cars and the other cab club next to them with 4 cars , the main areas up the top were filled with modern st and rs models, that seems to be what the organisers want, so for me perhaps every two years is enough.

i am still undecided yet . if we get enough members  interested it may make my mind up but as ian has said each year numbers are falling due to cost of entry ect
